Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ajiu app and website at https://ajiucalendar.com, provided by CT Method Venture / Charlie Tsui ("we", "us", "Ajiu"). By using Ajiu you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ajiu is an AI scheduling assistant that helps you turn scheduling messages into schedule items, suggestions, and replies.
2. AI Output
AI output may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the dates, times, people, locations, recurrence, and conflicts proposed by Ajiu before applying them. Do not rely on Ajiu as the sole source for critical scheduling decisions.
3. Calendar Scope
Ajiu v1.0 creates schedule items inside Ajiu's own schedule and does not write to Apple Calendar or any external calendar.
4. Ajiu Pro Subscription
Ajiu Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example ajiu_monthly or ajiu_yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.
5. Apple's Standard EULA
App Store downloads may also be subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Ajiu, including by reverse engineering it, attempting to disrupt the service, using it to violate any law, or submitting content that infringes others' rights.
7. No Warranty
Ajiu is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajiu and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, missed appointments, or business arising from your use of Ajiu.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ajiu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
