Ajiu is an AI scheduling assistant that helps users turn scheduling messages, tasks, and schedule-related information into reviewable scheduling proposals inside Ajiu.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Ajiu collects, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have.

By using Ajiu, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Ajiu collects only the information needed to provide scheduling, account, subscription, support, and app reliability features.

Account Information

You may use Ajiu in guest mode without signing in.

If you choose to sign in, including through Sign in with Apple, we may collect or receive limited account information such as:

  • Apple user identifier
  • Name, if you choose to share it
  • Email address, if you choose to share it
  • Authentication provider information
  • App account status

We use this information to identify your Ajiu account, maintain subscription continuity, and support account-related features.

Scheduling and App Data

Ajiu may store scheduling-related information that you enter, create, or choose to save in the app, including:

  • Schedule items
  • Event titles
  • Dates and times
  • Event duration
  • Locations
  • Notes or descriptions
  • Tasks
  • Inbox items
  • Scheduling messages you type or paste
  • Schedule proposals generated by the app
  • Scheduling decisions you choose to apply

In Ajiu v1.0, this scheduling data is primarily stored locally on your device. Ajiu does not currently provide cross-device cloud sync for scheduling data.

Ajiu creates and manages schedule items inside Ajiu’s own schedule. Ajiu v1.0 does not write to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or other external calendars.

AI Scheduling Input

When you use Ajiu’s AI features, the text you enter and relevant scheduling context may be sent through Ajiu’s AI parsing service or service provider to generate scheduling suggestions.

This may include:

  • Scheduling messages you paste or type
  • Dates, times, people, places, or availability mentioned in your messages
  • Relevant schedule or task context needed to generate a useful response
  • AI-generated scheduling proposals or reply drafts

We use this information to provide Ajiu’s scheduling assistant features. We do not sell your scheduling messages or use them for advertising.

You should avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into Ajiu unless it is necessary for the scheduling task.

Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase Ajiu Pro or another paid feature, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Ajiu may receive limited subscription-related information from Apple, such as:

  • Product purchased
  • Subscription status
  • Transaction status
  • Renewal or expiration status

Ajiu does not receive your full payment card number or complete payment details.

Feedback and Support Information

If you contact us, send feedback, or request support, we may collect:

  • Your email address, if you provide it
  • The content of your message
  • Related app or account information needed to understand and respond to your request

We use this information to provide support, fix problems, and improve Ajiu.

Device and Diagnostic Information

Ajiu may collect limited technical information needed to keep the app reliable, such as:

  • App version
  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • Error logs
  • Crash or diagnostic information
  • Basic performance information

We use this information to fix bugs, improve performance, and keep the app working properly.

Ajiu does not use IDFA or track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide Ajiu’s scheduling assistant features
  • Generate scheduling proposals and reply drafts
  • Save schedule items, tasks, inbox items, and related app data
  • Maintain your guest or signed-in app experience
  • Support Sign in with Apple
  • Manage subscription access
  • Restore purchases
  • Provide customer support
  • Fix bugs and technical issues
  • Improve app reliability and usability
  • Protect Ajiu from misuse, fraud, or technical abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your scheduling messages or personal schedule for advertising.

3. AI Processing

Ajiu uses AI-powered features to understand scheduling messages and generate reviewable scheduling suggestions.

When you use these features, your scheduling text and relevant context may be processed by Ajiu’s AI parsing service or service provider.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all dates, times, people, locations, conflicts, recurrence, and other details before applying any scheduling proposal.

4. Data Storage

In Ajiu v1.0, schedules, tasks, inbox items, and related app data are primarily stored locally on your device.

Ajiu does not currently provide cross-device cloud sync for scheduling data. If Ajiu adds cloud sync, external calendar integrations, or account-based storage in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide additional notices or permissions where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only in the following situations:

  • With service providers that help operate Ajiu
  • With AI service providers when needed to process scheduling requests
  • With Apple for App Store subscription and purchase functionality
  • With support or diagnostic providers when needed to respond to issues
  • When required by law
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Ajiu, users, or others
  • With your consent
  • If the business is transferred, merged, acquired, or reorganized

We do not allow service providers to use your scheduling data for advertising on our behalf.

6. Subscriptions

Ajiu may offer paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Ajiu does not control Apple’s billing, refund, or subscription cancellation process.

7. Your Choices

You may:

  • Use Ajiu in guest mode without signing in
  • Sign in with Apple if you choose
  • Edit or delete schedule items, tasks, and inbox items inside the app
  • Use Restore Purchases to restore subscription access
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple
  • Delete local Ajiu account data from inside the app
  • Stop using the app at any time
  • Contact us with privacy or support requests

8. Account and Data Deletion

Ajiu includes an in-app option to delete account data.

In Ajiu v1.0, deleting account data removes local Ajiu data for the current profile, signs you out of the local app session, and returns the app to guest mode.

Because Ajiu v1.0 does not provide production cloud sync for scheduling data, deleting account data primarily affects data stored on your device.

Deleting Ajiu account data does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

9. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide Ajiu, support your use of the app, maintain subscriptions, fix technical issues, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app from misuse.

Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it, reset local data, delete account data, or uninstall the app.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or App Store subscription purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

Ajiu is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Users

If you use Ajiu outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

By using Ajiu, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or another reasonable method.

The updated Privacy Policy will show a new effective date. Continued use of Ajiu after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
